No - we believe that information is essential when buying life insurance, so your details are collected by ClickLife, who will contact you by telephone to discuss your quotation.
A few high street Insurance Brokers,
Banks, some superstores and most companies who sell by tele-sales,
will give you an immediate quotation (you will often see
these companies advertising in the press and on TV). However,
be aware that most Banks and Superstores are linked to just one Insurance Company whose policies they are
contracted to sell. This may well mean that they will be less
competitive than a Broker who has accounts with a wide
range of insurance companies.
In our experience, around 1 in 10 web sites will give you
a quotation whilst you are online.
The information needed to provide a quotation will include
your date of birth, whether you smoke, the sum you want to
insure for and for how long. If you need a joint policy, the
same information will be needed about the other proposed policyholder.
You may also be asked other questions to ensure that you are
being quoted for the right type of policy.
The quotation request should take you about 2/3 minutes to complete.
Not too bad bearing in mind the savings you can make!
